Humanity - We believe that people are made in the spiritual image of God, to be like Him in character. People are the supreme object of God's creation. Man was created good and upright, but by voluntary transgression he fell. We believe that man is now born with a sin nature. Man's only hope for restoration to God is
through Jesus Christ. (Gen 1:27, Ps 8:3-6, Is 53:6a, Rom 3:23, Col 1:21, Is 59:1-2)
Salvation - We believe that God, in His great love for all people, provided the ultimate sacrifice for sin in His Son, Jesus Christ. Salvation can come through Him alone. Only through His shed blood and
resurrection are there any grounds for justification and reconciliation to God. Salvation is, therefore, received as a free gift of faith. (Rom 6:23, Eph 2:8-9, Jn 14:6; 1:12, Titus 3:5, Gal 3:26, Rom 5:1)
Church- We believe that the church is the instrument that God has assembled to grow the body of Christ. We believe that the local church is for the benefit of the believer for fellowship, corporate worship and instruction, and
for the purpose of changing the world. (Acts 2; Heb 10:24; 25)
